What is the definition of sole custody in the Russian Federation?

The Russian Law doesn’t provide the definition of the term of the Child Custody. However, in fact, the custodian parent is entitled to make sole decision regarding the child. According to the Article 66 part 4 of the Family Code of Russian Federation, A parent, who lives separately from a child, has the right to get information about the child from schools, medical offices, social services. The providing of information may be denied only if there is a risk for the child's life and health of child from the parent.
