Sure, I can help to your client. I can obtain these certificates during approximately 4-6 weeks from day of receiving the power of attorney.
I need one power of attorney for Russia and separate power of attorney for Ukraine. Please provide me copy of his passport and his address and I will prepare these documents. He need to notarize it and put an apostille for each power of attorney.
Please also provide me copies of documents which I need to retrieve. If you do not have any copies in your possession, please give me information (names, places, dates, and etc).
