Karina,
I found the website and your info after googling.
I would like to consult few things for my friend who is about to going through the divorce.
He is Russian citizen and so is his wife. They have a daughter about 9 years old. But already no love between them and he wants to move on to another life. The kid will be living with the mother.
I read online about the alimony will be 25% of the annual income.
However, as I know he doesn't want to take the apartment properties, and he has been giving money monthly to his wife to make sure his wife and kid has the sufficient money to make a living, and the money is much above the average salary normal people have.
So, is that possible that we can convince the judge about this continuous payment will be made for kid, instead of the 25% of the annual income, like making some both-satisfied agreement? Since his work is all about temporary project work, which means sometimes he has no job at all and this unemployment time can last for 1 year, then how can he pay the alimony to the kid.
Can you help answer this question.
Also what is your charge of the case and how long it normally takes to complete the divorce.
25% is standard for child support case, but not binding rule. Many circumstances allowed to use certain amount instead of percentage. Especially, if father has inconstant and changing earnings. If you want to know more, I will be glad to provide to you paid consultation.
Yes, I can handle this divorce case, if your friend will choose me as his attorney. I can arrange divorce for him, or represent him in child support case, or both, - depends of his own choice.
