Hi Karina,
I was married in June 2013 with Russian lady. She came to Canada and we registered our marriage in Canada, Ontario province. After 4 weeks she went back home. Sometime after I found that all was fake and decide to start divorce the June 2016 going via Canadian court. Unfortunately family law was changed and all divorce cases now handling required Service under the Hague Convention which is extremely complicated and time consuming. I found meantime another woman and would like to marry her.
I know that divorce in Russia is not so complicated and can be done much faster. We being together only 4 weeks and after that she never come to Canada, we don’t have any common properties, business, etc. No child. I never submitted spouse support application for her to Canada Immigration.
Do you know if it will be possible for me to get divorce with her in Russia despite the fact that marriage was registered in Canada? BTW – I am not Russian citizen.
Sincerely,
Because your wife is Russian citizen, you can get divorce through the Russian court. I will be glad to assist you. As result, you will get opportunity to remarry very soon.
I can offer to you flat fee or retainer agreement.
Please provide me copy of your passport, copy of passport of your wife (if you have), copy of marriage certificate, and addresses of both parties.
I will be glad to help you.
