Hi Karina,
I need to consider all possible situations before going ahead, submitting a divorce. It is a very serious topic.
I think I can try to solve this situation pacifically because there is still the option to go and living in Russia in several years.
But there is something worries me. If i keep living and working in Germany.
My wife can request a divorce in Russia when the child will be one year old.
And later request a child support. My question is.
1 - Child support is always 1/4 of my incomes? If i live in EUROPE and every time I need to visit my soon i need to pay
the travel (VISA, Fly Tickets ....), I will not be able to do that. this Child support can not be a lower quantity? And then I pay
extra money because I want to do that
2 - If i do not agree with the "Child Support" value of the Russian Judge and I do not pay it entirely (For example 50%). Russia is not in the "Hague Convention for child support" can they force me in Europe to pay it?
I will be glad to provide to you paid consultation over these questions. I will be glad to handle your case as well.
