Long story short, I live in UK and married my wife in 2014. my son UK citizen (3 years old) child has been abducted to Moscow, Russia by his mom who is mentally unstable. Unfortunately she is not stable to take care of herself let alone our son!
I have been awarded with the sole custody of our son here in UK based on her medical records!
I would like to know how I can get this recognized in Russian court. She knew that she would not be given the custody of our son here in UK, that`s why she abducted him to Russia!
My wife is not even showing me my son. Last time when she called, she said she has a court date coming up which is 20th of December 2017.
