I need to get an official Certificate of Divorce from Russia

Question

I need to get an official Certificate of Divorce from Russia. It's typically on green paper and would have a number on it. According to ZAGS, the document I have is not sufficient even though it is stamped, etc.

Do you know anything about this?

According to the Art. 25 Part 1 of the Family Code of Russian Federation, the marriage dissolved at court shall be terminated as from the date of the court decision coming into legal force. It was September 20, 2014 in your case.
