QuestionAs we planning to have a baby, if in future we get separated/divorced what are the possibilities to child being with me? Is it possible to have a condition about future children on the prenuptial agreement?

AnswerNo, prenuptial agreement cannot include conditions about custody and visitation issues, because it is contrary to Art. 42 part 3 of the Family Code of Russian Federation. You can sign agreement about children in another jurisdiction, if it possible.
