Is it worth to make a will while in the process of divorce?
Yes, it is worth it. Once the divorce is finalized, a Will that disinherits the former spouse will be enforced to the letter.
If you do not make a will and there is a realistic possibility of your death coming soon, you might die intestate (without a will). If you die intestate there is no direction from you giving orders of what to do with your estate. Your estate will then require the appointment of a Public Administrator. Once appointed, the Public Administrator charges your estate for his/her services which is a cost that you may not want your estate to bear.
