AnswerMaria Klichko, citizen of Ukraine, who permanently lives in USA, addressed us with a request to represent her in the case on dissolution of marriage, which was actually broken more than 8 years ago. After 6 months of work on the case it was established that this marriage was annulled by decision of one of the courts of Belgorod on the grounds of claim of our client’s husband. She addressed General Consulate of Ukraine in New York and received a divorce certificate based on the court decision.
