JUDGMENT OF DIVORCE

Having examined in the public court hearing in the city of Mogilev-Podolsky case by complaint of Plaintiff-wife (name keeps in secret) against Defendant-husband (name keeps in secret) concerning the divorce,

ESTABLISHED:

Plaintiff referred to People's Court with complaint about dissolution of the marriage, motivating the action that the relationship is broke down, ask the Court to terminate the marriage between them.

Defendant left for permanent residence in Australia, served the Plaintiff through the diplomatic representation official document that he considering their marriage terminated.

Having heard the Plaintiff, studied the material of the case, Court determined that there are the bases to fulfill the claim for the following reasons:

Parties were married in the April 1992, there are no children. They lived together till the end of April 1992, after that Defendant left for permanent residence in Australia.

In April 1993, Defendant through the diplomatic representation served the Plaintiff with the document where he informed her that the marriage between them is terminated. The statement is confirmed by an explanation of the Plaintiff, material of the case.

In such circumstances there is impossible to reconcile the relationship, marriage between them should be dissolved. By the claim of wife the Plaintiff is fully responsible for the expenses for the divorce action.

According to Article 15, 202, 75 of the Civil Law Code of Ukraine, Article 38, 40 of the Family Code of Ukraine, People's Court

DECIDED:

Dissolved the marriage between parties, registered on April 4, 1992 at Yalta Municipal Department of Civil Act Registration Office Crimea District.

Upon receipt of the Judgment of Divorce charge the state fees for the state revenue from wife in the amount of 20,000.00 Rubles, and husband exempt from payment of the state fees.

Judgment of Divorce can be appealed within 10 day in the regional Court.
