in open court considered the civil case initiated on the grounds of the action for divorce and recovery of child support brought by Olga Sergeyevna XXXXXXXXXXX against XXXXXXXXXXXXX,

Based on Art. 198-199, 233-235 of the Code of Civil Procedures of the Russian Federation the Justice of the Peace does hereby

RESOLVE TO:

satisfy Olga Sergeyevna XXXXXXXXXXX claim for dissolution of the marriage and recovery of child support.

dissolve the marriage between Plaintiff (Maiden name - Ivanova), born on XX March 19XX in Sakhalin Region, Russia, and Defendant, born on XX April 19XX in England, Great Britain, registered on the XXth of July 20XX at Waialae Beach Park, County of Honolulu, Oahu, marriage certificate № XXX.

recover monthly 1/4 of all types of income (or other gaining) of Defentant, born on XX April 19XX in England, Great Britain, in favor of Plaintiff, born on XX March 19XX in Okha, Sakhalin Region, Russia, to support Nikita XXXXXXXXXXX, born on the XXth of March 20XX in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Sakhalin Region, starting from the 18th of December 2012 until the child comes of legal age.

The judgment shall be enforced immediately to the extent of the child support.

The state duty amounting to 100 rubles shall be recovered from Defendant, born on XX April 19XX in England, Great Britain.

The parties involved in these proceedings and/or their attorneys, who are present at the case hearing, are entitled to request the Justice of the Peace of Judicial District № XX of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Urban District to prepare a reasoned judgment within 3 days from the date of pronouncement of the resolution part of the court decision.

The parties involved in these proceedings and/or their attorneys, who are not present at the case hearing, are entitled to request the Justice of the Peace of Judicial District № XX of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk Urban District to prepare a reasoned judgment within 15 days from the date of pronouncement of the resolution part of the court decision.

The reasoned judgment shall be prepared by the Justice of the Peace within 5 days from the date of receipt of the relevant request from the parties involved in these proceedings and/or their attorneys.

The defendant is entitled to file a petition for the cancellation of the default judgment to the Justice of the Peace of Judicial District № XX within seven days from the date of receipt of a copy hereof by the defendant.

This default judgment may be appealed by the parties to the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk City Court through the Justice of the Peace of Judicial District № XX within one month from the date of expiration of the time-limit set for filing of a petition for the annulment of this default judgment or within a month from the date of rejection of such petition.
